What is the Prettiest Beach in the Dominican Republic?
The Dominican Republic has many beautiful beaches, but Sosua Beach is often considered one of the prettiest. It has clear turquoise water and soft white sand. The beach is surrounded by green hills, adding to its charm.
Sosua Beach is also known for its coral reefs. These reefs attract snorkelers and divers who want to explore underwater life. The calm waters make it safe for families and beginners.

Playa Bergantin is a 15 min walk east from Playa Dorada, and here you have an unspoiled beach with coconut trees and few people.

Seller should be able to provide copy of title, document from Tax Office that no taxes are due, and document from Real Estate Tribunal that there are no liens on the property.
